Terms of Service

You must be 18 or older and the parent or legal guardian of any child you add. You own the account; children are profiles under you and never sign in themselves. You're responsible for keeping your login secure and for activity under your account.

GameSense HQ provides a structured soccer-training curriculum, coach-filmed drills and milestone check-ins, progress tracking, and safe, parent-approved crews. We may add, change, or remove features to improve the app. Training content is for skill development and general guidance — it is not medical, fitness, or professional advice. Make sure your child trains safely and is healthy enough for physical activity.

Some features require a paid plan. We offer a Player plan, a Family plan, and free access to a limited set of features. Paid plans include a 7-day free trial.

• Plans renew automatically until you cancel; you can cancel anytime from your account with one tap
• If you cancel during the trial you are not charged
• Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep access through the end of the paid period
• Payments are handled by Stripe; prices may change with notice

To keep this a safe space for kids, you agree not to:

• Share your account or let anyone outside your family use it
• Misuse crews, pings, or reporting, or try to contact other children outside the app's safe, preset tools
• Copy, scrape, resell, or redistribute drills, videos, or other content
• Attempt to break, probe, or interfere with the app's security

Crews are friends-only and parent-approved; the safety, report, and block tools exist so you can act on anything that concerns you.

All curriculum, drills, coach videos, branding, and software are owned by StressLess Automation LLC or its licensors. We grant you a personal, non-transferable license to use them for your family's training. Club accounts may supply their own branding, which remains theirs.

The service is provided "as is." We work hard to keep it reliable and accurate but don't guarantee specific results or uninterrupted availability. To the extent allowed by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior 12 months. You're responsible for supervising your child's physical training.

Program: GameSense HQ Club Alerts — optional text-message notifications for parents and guardians about their player's club schedule: practice and game reminders, time or field changes, and cancellations, sent by GameSense HQ using schedule information from the recipient's linked club. GameSense HQ is operated by StressLess Automation LLC.

• Message and data rates may apply
• Reply STOP to cancel at any time. Reply HELP for help. You can also manage text alerts from the family portal
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages

You can close your account at any time. We may suspend or end access for violations of these terms. We'll post updates here and revise the effective date; continued use after a change means you accept it. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, USA.
