Privacy Policy

GameSense HQ is directed to families and knowingly collects limited personal information from children under 13 — but only after a parent or legal guardian creates the account and gives verifiable parental consent inside the app. A child never signs up, signs in, or uses the app on their own.

From a child profile we collect only what's needed to run the training experience:

• A first name or nickname the parent enters (for display only)
• An age group / age band and an avatar color the parent chooses
• Training activity the child generates by using the app — drills completed, minutes trained, XP, level, streaks, skill mastery, and badges
• Crew membership (a parent-approved, friends-only group) and preset encouragement "pings"

What we never do: children cannot record, upload, or type free text anywhere in the app; coaches film all drill demos and check-ins. We do not show public child profiles, we do not run behavioral advertising to children, and we never sell or rent a child's personal information.

A parent can review or delete their child's information and refuse any further collection at any time — see Your Rights & Controls below. We do not condition a child's participation on disclosing more information than is reasonably necessary.

To create and secure the account, we collect the parent's email address and a password (stored hashed by our authentication provider). If you start a paid subscription, our payment processor handles your billing details — we never see or store full card numbers.

• Deliver the training program, track progress, streaks, and achievements
• Surface coach check-ins and run safe, parent-approved crews and crew-only leaderboards
• Authenticate the parent account and keep it secure
• Process subscriptions and provide support

We do not use children's information for advertising, profiling, or any purpose beyond running the app.

We do not sell personal information. We share data only with service providers who help us operate the app under contract, and only as needed:

• Supabase — secure database, authentication, and file hosting
• Stripe — payment processing for parent subscriptions (never used for children's data)

Within a club (B2B) account, a child's coach and club administrator can see that child's training progress. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect a child's safety.

Data is encrypted in transit. Every record is guarded by row-level security so a parent can only ever reach their own family's data, crews are private to their members, and leaderboards are limited to a child's own crew — never public. Coach-filmed videos live in private storage served only through short-lived, signed links.

We keep information only as long as the account is active. When a parent deletes a child profile or closes the account, we delete the associated personal information.

As the account-owning parent you can, at any time:

• Review the information tied to your child's profile
• Edit or delete a child profile, which removes that child's personal information
• Refuse further collection by deleting the profile or closing the account
• Approve, deny, or remove every crew connection, and report or block any crew member

You can do most of this directly in the app. For anything else, email us and we'll act on verified requests promptly.

Kids come here to get better at soccer — nothing else. We collect the minimum, we keep it private, and the parent is always in control.
