For families
Does my child need their own login?
No. You own the account and each child is a profile under you — kids never create an account or sign in on their own. You add a child during onboarding after giving guardian consent, and you can add, review, or remove a child profile any time from your parent dashboard.
Can my child post, record, or message anyone in the app?
No. Children can't record, upload, or type free text anywhere in GameSense. Coaches film every drill demo and check-in. There are no public child profiles, and leaderboards stay inside a child's own parent-approved crew — never public.
How do crews (friend connections) stay safe?
Crews are friends-only and parent-approved. You approve, deny, or remove every connection, and you can report or block any crew member. Encouragement is limited to preset "pings" — no open chat.
Where do I see my child's progress?
Your parent dashboard shows the week's drills, minutes, streak, and the skills they sharpened, plus a weekly "look what they did" recap you can share in one tap. That recap is the honest measure of the week — not vanity points.
How do I delete my child's data?
Delete the child's profile from your parent dashboard — that removes their personal information — or close the account entirely. You can also export your data first. For verified requests you can email support@gamesensehq.com. See our COPPA notice for your full rights.
For clubs
How do I get my club started?
Head to For Clubs and start your club. The guided Kickoff walks a volunteer board through the whole setup in an evening — license, roster, teams, and launch — flagging the classic blind spots before they bite you.
How do I invite coaches and families?
From your club dashboard you send invites by email; each arrives with a secure claim link. Coaches land in the coach app, families in the parent portal — and a guardian sees the schedule and roster by default, no hunting required.
How does billing and refunds work?
Registration payments run through Stripe straight to your club's bank. Finance & Reports reconciles every payment — card, cash, or check — shows your net after fees, and exports a board-ready CSV. Refunds are issued from that same ledger, so the books always tie out. For current pricing see For Clubs.
Who can see our club's data?
Only your club's staff. Every club's roster, money, and messages are isolated — one club can never see another's data. GameSense is soccer-only, ad-free, and transparently priced by design.
AI & privacy
Does the AI ever act on its own, or train on my kid?
No. GameSense AI only drafts — a message, a schedule fix, a program — and a human approves before anything reaches a child or family. Nothing about a child trains a model, and a child's data is retained on a clock, not forever. That's a promise we build into the product, not a setting we hope you never check.
